I’m creator this site by my beloved dog, Bobby.
In Taiwan , his name carries a special meaning. “Bobby” sounds like Bo-pi (保庇), a Taiwanese expression that means to bless, protect, or watch over someone.
Bobby has already crossed the rainbow bridge, but he remains a part of me and the inspiration behind this little journey.
So, in a way, Bobby is still here.
Still exploring.
Still watching over us.
Still discovering new things.
Our story
I’m from Taiwan, a beautiful island once known as Formosa, meaning “beautiful.”
There is so much more to Taiwan than the places you see in guidebooks.
Through this blog, I want to share the Taiwan I know and love, from hidden local gems and everyday life to food, culture, family-friendly experiences, and travel ideas.
